Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of any shipment, you may return any merchandise in its original condition (un-washed). There is a $3.00 per item restocking fee for all returns. Please note, we reserve the right not to refund or credit for thong items or items returned in unsaleable condition. We will issue a refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. At Courtney G's we design and select items that are closely monitored during the manufacturing process. Please note that we reserve the right to make minor modifications to some of our items during the manufacturing process that may not be updated on our website. In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your expectations, please return the unused item (insured) (please do not remove tags) by following the instructions below within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
